Our classes are compatible with Apple, Windows and Android platforms. All desktops, tablets and smart phones are supported.

Are your "demo free lessons" are really free?

Yes, when you sign up to one of our free classes, your cost is zero dollars. There is a limit for a one free demo lesson per customer.

What is the currency that you are using for payment?

The only currency used is US dollar ($USD). Our payment processing service, Stripe offers an option to view and pay using your own currency.

Can I cancel my membership?

There are monthly and annual memberships. There are extensive savings in every membership that we offer. There is no refund available. If you choose the monthly subscription and pay for 30 days, you can cancel the renewal for the following term. When you choose the annual membership, you will save 50% of the regular rate. You cannot receive a refund for the payment until the 12 month term has expired.

Do you guarantee the quality of the Zoom sessions?

No we don't guarantee the quality of the Zoom sessions. Zoom quality is based on your own data and bandwidth capabilities in your area. We recommend testing Zoom before signing up. Our free demo lesson is a great opportunity to test your equipment for quality and availability.
